LAS VEGAS — Adobe is making one of the biggest strategic bets in its history, scrapping its Experience Cloud brand in favor of a new AI-first platform built entirely around autonomous agents that work continuously toward business goals rather than waiting for human direction at each step. – Adobe CX Enterprise agentic AI platform.

Adobe CX Enterprise is an end-to-end agentic AI system that brings together AI agents, agent skills, and Model Context Protocol endpoints — with an intelligence and governance layer — to deliver reliable and auditable agentic workflows enabling highly personalized brand experiences. Adobe is expanding partnerships with AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and OpenAI, with deep interoperability for agentic orchestration across Adobe and third-party platforms. The change signals a strategic shift from tool-centric marketing software to what Adobe describes as “goal-oriented, AI-first workflows.” CX Enterprise is organized around three pillars: Brand Visibility, Customer Engagement, and Content Supply Chain. MarTech

At the center of the platform is a new AI layer called the CX Enterprise Coworker. Unlike one-shot agents that execute a single task, Coworkers are fully agentic by design — monitoring signals, recommending next-best actions, and executing experiences across channels in real time, all based on defined business goals, with humans kept in the loop. More than 10 purpose-built AI agents previewed at Adobe Summit 2025 are already in production, including agents for site optimization, data insights, audience creation, and journey orchestration. Over 1,770 customers are entitled to use them through a new credit-based pricing model. MarTech

Adobe’s own research found that 75 percent of organizations cite data integration and quality as their top AI implementation challenge, 71 percent cite talent gaps, and 68 percent cite unclear ROI — hurdles the company says CX Enterprise is directly designed to address. MarTech
